Camille and Sam got married in July up at Kauri Bay Boomrock.
This brief excited me from the moment I read it, they wanted an all foliage wedding, loads of texture and lush greenery running along the tables and hanging from the rafters and most exciting of all a textural, foliage filled bouquet. Don’t get me wrong I love flowers, in fact I go gaga for them but being able to do something so striking just using foliage in the middle of winter was a total winner in my book.

Jacqui and Morgan
Jacquelynn and Morgan tied the knot up at Kauri Bay Boomrock on the bluest, most crisp day they could have picked for June. Looking at the photos you would be forgiven for thinking it was summer.
This delightful couple where fun to work with, they wanted a modern and industrial wedding with a winters touch. They loved the volume that pampas grass brought to the florals and wanted a few proteas to represent their South African heritage.
And good news for future brides, their happily ever after sign is not personalized so can be rented out to other couples as can their doughnut wall.

Winter Styled shoot
Need an arch that is not really an arch and can be used in any location? Then this is the setup for you. I love how versatile this arch is, it can be made tall or short, it be compact or wild, it can be set wide apart or narrow and best of all as you can see from the photos is can be moved if needed…. always good for Auckland weather.

Autumn styled shoot
This styled shoot was a collaboration of Clevedon ladies. For me the shoot was about pushing the boundaries, using things I was not comfortable working with, creating bouquets that I am not typically asked for and coming up with something fresh and stunning.
The talented individuals are:

Mel and Jay
Mel and Jay were married in February at castaways resort and wanted a beachie, rustic feel to their wedding.
For their florals they choose a palette of creams, corals and peach to pop against the inky blue dresses the bridesmaids wore. And I love how these tones play so beautifully with everyone’s hair colour, especially that adorable little flower girl.
All the floral pieces at this wedding were packed with garden roses, dahlias and sweet hypericum berries as well as other garden delights.

Nicky and Matt
Nicky and Matt celebrated their picture perfect day at the Nocton woolshed in Clevedon, which is a charming rustic venue that spoke to other elements of the wedding, including the flowers.
Nicky grew up in a beautiful country garden filled with scented, cottage blooms and these were what she wanted for her wedding flowers. The colour scheme was creams, pinks and a pop of blue (which we created using the whimsical tweedia and the bolder gentian) all nestled in amongst lush deep greenery.
These two celebrated in styled and are now living their happily ever after.

Review: Wow!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work making our wedding look absolutely stunning! So many people said it - your flowers just looked gorgeous. They really were perfect, I loved them!! Every single bit was just perfect better than i could have imagined. Thanks again.
Louise and Darren
Louise and Darren celebrated their marriage at Kauri Bay Boomrock and they could not have asked for more perfect weather. The sky was blue, the sun was out and there was not a breath of wind.
Louise and Darren gave me a very loose brief and were happy for me to run with what I thought would work. They had expressed they liked soft pastels and didn’t want anything to big or bold. Thankfully they loved what we pulled off.

Review: I would highly recommend Branch and Bloom. I used them for my wedding and Carol provided a fantastic service, with great clear communication prior to the wedding. The flowers on the day were absolutely beautiful, and we had so many comments about them from the wedding guests. Thanks so much Branch and Bloom
Lucy and Ross
Lucy and Ross celebrated their Italian themed wedding in an idyllic pine forest in Auckland. The bridesmaids set the tone wearing lavender, mustard, pink, silvery grey and olive green and it was from these dresses we devised the palate for the florals. Lucy and her beautiful maids all had similar coloured bouquets which were filled with garden roses, dahlias, lisianthus and rosemary amongst other things.
Lucy fell in love with our yellow garden rose called Charlotte and thought Billy buttons were adorable, so Ross and his five groomsmen wore these little darlings in their buttonholes.

Review: Thank you so much for the stunningly gorgeous flowers that you grew in your garden and arranged for us on our special day!
Right from the start you were enthusiastic, you asked questions, gave ideas and listened to what our vision was, which resulted in us having everything we ever dreamed of, and MORE actually. Never underestimate how much that means to a bride - it was everything!!
It was made all the more special that you grew these flowers yourself and also taught us how to create the arrangements we used on the tables.
Piha styled shoot
I teamed up with a clever bunch of people to bring this shoot to life. The theme was 1920 simple beach wedding.
This rose filled bouquet was all picked from the Branch and Bloom garden and don't you agree that the adorable little white pompom dahlias gave the bouquet some attitude?
The scent of the basil and the roses made this bouquet almost edible.

Maria and Francis
Maria and Francis got married at dawn, their flower palate represented this special time of the day and the light was picture perfect for them to bask in. The lush bouquets were full of garden roses, hypericum berries and soft wild flowers which were all tied together with a beautiful hand dyed silk ribbon.
The flower girls wore flower crowns which were filled with paper daisies. These were all closed in the early morning but opened up as the day warmed up. Magic!

Sophie and Ben
Sophie and Ben married at Castaways in Auckland and wanted their florals to reflect their personalities, relaxed, elegant and full of vibrant colour.
Sophie and her bridesmaid carried bouquets that were brimming with sweet pea, garden roses, snap dragons and other garden finds. The trailing jasmine was in flower and made the whole bouquet smell delicious.

French and Kiwi
This delightful couple live in France but she grew up in New Zealand, so when it came to their florals they wanted New Zealand ferns throughout and cream and gold for the blooms.

Review: The day simply was amazing. And it wouldn't have been as amazing without your amazing creations. I was blown away with your work! They were a breath of fresh air. The bouquet was much bigger than I thought it'd be and I loved it. Loved the garlands. Loved everything.
Gisborne styled shoot
I took myself to an amazing workshop run by Nicole from Soil and Stem and hosted in the incredible Field of Roses by Zoe and her mum Sue. It was here that I got to play with the most incredible florals for two days. it really was a floral enthusiasts dream come true.

Aarni and Vishnu
Aarni and Vishnu were married in Auckland amongst their nearest and dearest, with a larger traditional wedding in Fiji to come. Aarni's traditional Indian floral head piece smelt absolutely amazing as we used stephanotis instead of the traditional Indian jasmine.

Bronwyn and Mark
Bronwyn and Mark celebrated their vintage wedding in Clevedon Auckland.
Originally from South Africa Bronwyn wanted proteas in the bouquets and a flower crown for her flower girl. She wore a stunning vintage dress and her Dad chauffeured them around in his beautiful kombi van.
